🚦 Formal Process Regarding Cadet Traffic - UPDATE! 🚦

After review of last week's traffic plan, it has been updated to enter and exit through the Derry Road Entrance.

 

✅ Parent Route: Parents are to enter from Derry road and follow the vehicle route for drop-off (see map below)

 

🚗 Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Once in the facility lot, vehicles shall enter the drop-off line highlighted by the thin blue line. Drop-off for cadets is at the front door just past the Derry Road Gate. If drop-off happens in line, vehicles must stay in the line to exit. Cadets must use the sidewalk to access the pedestrian gate and enter through the public entrance.

 

🅿️ Visitor Parking: If there is a need to park, parking is located in the visitors' lot. No parking is allowed on the secured side.

 

🔐 Gate Operations: gates will be opened and closed between 1800 hrs-1900 hrs (6:00–7:00 PM) and 2030 hrs-2200 hrs (8:30–10:00 PM)

 

🚦 Traffic Flow: will be managed by the site's PRP security staff.
